Lindsey in "Anarchie", my first role in an independent film

I joined Rhema Life, a group of people who share a passion for filming and making content, movies about biblical topics.

This year, they decided to focus on the end times. They wanted to screen write about a dictatorial political system where people must wear a particular mark to keep living their lives in peace (going out, running errands, going to work/school, hobbies...). Otherwise, these people would get arrested, imprisoned, even executed. But, 5 rebels do not agree with this system, they will fight for their freedom !

I have played the role of Lindsey, one of the rebels. She used to be an influencer with a questionable success. She tried to launch a business but it did not work. She came to a point where she attempted to scam her potential clients. Then, because of the dictatorship, she lost everything overnight and found herself doing all she could to escape the dictatorship. This situation made her feisty, grumpy, yet she remained loving and, in a way, endearing. Her desire for a better, back to normal life finally led her to betray the people she was running away with.

People have their weaknesses, she could not overcome hers.

In the end, the movie was enjoyable to shoot (friendly crew, good atmosphere), it aims to be exciting, very pioneering, avant-garde.
